An update for all BIA employees, families and customers. With the significant increase in positive COVID-19 cases in Victoria, we continue to monitor and evaluate the situation. As we are still providing an essential service to our customers and supported employees, we will continue to remain open and follow the requirements set out by the Government. All our employees have responded to all measures and processes in place and are doing really well to keep each other safe.
As of tomorrow we have implemented an additional step in our processes and will be checking temperatures of all employees and visitors prior to entry. This is for the safety of everyone and we thank you for your assistance in participating in this process.
