We are currently seeking someone who will utilise their strong work ethic with a passion and commitment to continuous improvement to ensure that Brunswick Industries Association (BIA) meets all relevant government, legislative and regulatory requirements and that BIA’s policies and procedures are consistently adhered to.
The Audit Compliance & Training Officer position is also responsible for providing training & support to BIA’s supported employees including the development and implementation of individualised training plans, liaising with community and other agencies, skill assessments and recording and filing documentation appropriate to BIA’s needs.
